I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in International Political Economy at City St. George's, University of London with a PhD from the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies, Cologne. I study central banks, finance and fiscal policy focusing on tensions between democracy and capitalism. I have held previous positions at Goldsmiths, University of London and King's College, London and I am currently the co-director of CITYPERC, a research cluster dealing with political economy issues at City.
